Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your membership in the Deeside Dragons Supporters Club and your use of our services, including the purchase of merchandise and digital products.
Membership Terms
Eligibility
- Membership is open to all supporters of Deeside Dragons Ice Hockey Club
- Members must be aged 18 or over, or have parental/guardian consent
Membership Benefits
Membership benefits are to be confirmed and will be announced to members in due course as the Supporters Club develops.
Membership Fees
- Annual membership fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our refund policy
- Membership renews automatically unless cancelled prior to renewal
- We reserve the right to amend membership fees with a minimum of 30 days’ notice
Cancellation
- Membership can be cancelled at any time
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current membership period
- No refunds will be issued for partially used membership periods
Supporters Club Status
The Deeside Dragons Supporters Club operates as an independent organisation and is not owned, controlled, or operated by the Deeside Dragons Ice Hockey Club.
The Deeside Dragons Ice Hockey Club formally recognises the Supporters Club as its official supporters group.
Any funds raised, memberships sold, or activities undertaken by the Supporters Club are managed independently, although they may support the club and its wider community objectives.
Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, agency, or joint venture between the Supporters Club and the Deeside Dragons Ice Hockey Club.
Use of Funds
All funds raised through memberships, merchandise, and Supporters Club activities are used to support the aims of the Supporters Club, including contributing to the growth of the Deeside Dragons, enhancing the fan experience, and supporting community-focused initiatives.
The Supporters Club operates on a not-for-profit, community-first basis, with any surplus reinvested back into its activities and objectives. This may include directly supporting the Deeside Dragons Ice Hockey Club both financially and through supporter-led initiatives.
Code of Conduct
As a member, you agree to:
- Support Deeside Dragons in a positive and respectful manner
- Treat fellow members, volunteers, and club representatives with respect
- Comply with all venue rules and safety regulations
- Refrain from any discriminatory, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour
Failure to meet these standards may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
Merchandise and Products
Orders
- All orders are subject to availability
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
- Prices may change without prior notice
Digital Products
- Delivered electronically via email or account access
- Non-refundable once delivered
- Supplied for personal, non-transferable use only
Physical Products
- Shipping costs apply unless otherwise stated
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Responsibility for goods transfers upon delivery
Refund Policy
Eligible for Refund
- Faulty or damaged physical goods (reported within 14 days of receipt)
- Items not as described
- Non-delivery of physical goods
Not Eligible for Refund
- Digital products once delivered
- Membership fees (except within 14 days of initial purchase where applicable)
- Personalised or custom items
- Damage caused by misuse
Refund Process
- Submit a request via the Supporters Club contact form
- Include your order number and reason for the request
- Returned items must be in original condition
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days
Intellectual Property
All branding, content, and materials remain the property of the Deeside Dragons Supporters Club or its licensors. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
The Supporters Club shall not be held liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of data, income, or profits
- Service interruptions
- Actions of third parties
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
